His reports are thorough, detailed, and I love the pictures and explanations that accompany the reports. He definitely has an eye for detail and with one of the properties he saved my wife and I well over $13,000 in mold remediation costs by catching some telltale signs of mold in some hidden areas. Also, when I had questions about his inspection report after a month or so later when I had already acquired the property, he was very patient and helped me understand various areas of the inspection report that I didn't take note of previously. I was skeptical when he arrived wearing white pants and a polo shirt (not what I'd wear if I had to crawl in attics and crawl-spaces), but right from the start he was professional and helpful. He took extensive photographs of each area that needed work (lots of them) and explained what he was looking for every step of the way, and when it came time to go into the crawlspace the white pants didn't stop him. His report was very thorough, with all the pictures he'd taken and a brief explanation of what the picture showed and why. The report documented everything, but didn't overemphasize the importance of little things (door tight in jam), or under-emphasize the importance of big things (extensive leaking drain lines). Wade was friendly and helpful throughout, and happily gave his personal overall assessment of the house when asked.Overall A N. And I was able to forward these pictures to any roofing company to help with the estimate for the repair. They gave me a complete rundown suggesting what I needed to fix and what I did not need to fix, and explained why. It was well worth the price, and because they did this for me, I am able to deal confidently with a roofing company, knowing fully what I do and do not need to get repaired.
