CEILING GENERAL DAMAGE
Tenant stated A/C went out on 7/22. As part of troubleshooting, Progress required tenant to replace filter which is in the attic crawlspace. As he was checking it, he stepped back and the beam broke sending tenant through the ceiling and falling to the living room floor leaving him with a gash in his leg.
