Nothing but good things to say about our inspection experience (general+radon and sewer scope). Marc was our inspector and was great about talking us through any of his findings as they came up and explaining whether things were truly issues requiring immediate attention or just normal wear and tear he’s required to document.
I don’t remember the names of the radon/sewer guys, but they seemed very knowledgeable as well and walked us through their findings and whether or not there was any cause for concern.
The reports for all our inspections were available same day (including video of the sewer scope) and very easy to read and understand. Would definitely recommend Axium to anyone in the market for inspection services!
