Start Your Home Inspection Career With the Top Team in Colorado

Want to learn from industry experts to grow your career?
The Axium team is looking for you!

Train With Experienced Inspectors and Build a Real Career.

Learning doesn’t stop in the classroom. It’s built in the field, alongside experienced professionals, on real inspections, in real homes. Every new Axium inspector enters our Captain-led training program, where hands-on experience, structured development, and ongoing mentorship form the foundation of long-term success.

Support System

All new inspectors are assigned an experienced Captain who acts as their primary mentor for our on-site training.

Focused Attention

You are not just a face in a crowd. Each Captain’s team is limited in size, so you get the direct support you need to grow.

Personalized Support

We tailor our program to your experience level. It typically runs about 4 months, but it can be longer or shorter depending on the training needed.

Why Field
Training Matters

While we tailor our training program for each inspector’s level of experience, even candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or trade experience go through a full field training process. Other companies’ training can vary widely, so we ensure our inspectors are taught everything our clients expect from Axium Inspections.

  • Academy training is just the start.
  • Homes and Systems vary widely. The more opportunities you have to inspect, the better you can learn the intricacies of a home.
  • InterNACHI is great; adding our field training is even better!

Continued Professional Standards

Since Colorado does not require licensing, Axium sets its own rigorous standards for preparedness and performance beyond the Captain Program’s initial training, while adhering to the InterNACHI CE requirements.

Axium Inspectors Are Expected To:

Have Their InterNACHI CPI Certification by the the End of the First Phase of Training

Pass the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) and the Residential Standards of Practice Exam

Complete at Least 24 Hours of CE Annually to Maintain Their CPI Certification Through InterNACHI

Pass the InterNACHI Final Exam Every 3 Years
