Axium Inspections has been working hard to get the word out about the newly required licenses for Denver Rental Properties. As December draws to a close, we want to take a moment to remind any Property Owners and/or Managers of a few deadlines –

  • Deadline: January 1, 2023:  All multi-unit rental properties (2+ more units on one parcel of land) will be required to have applied for a rental license.
  • Deadline: January 1, 2024: All single unit rentals will be required to have applied for a rental license.

If your agency has a Property Management Division or you or any of your agents own rental properties, we’d be happy to schedule one of our Axium representatives to come give a short presentation, to explain a bit more about the program and our inspection services. To note, a passed inspection by a certified inspector is required before you can apply for a license.

If you are interested in setting something up for your Property Management Division, your team or an upcoming office meeting, please reach out to Barbara Gart, Director of Sales, at  barbara@axiuminspections.com or call 720-575-1972.

For more information, visit our website.  If you are interested in scheduling an inspection service, please call our Team at 720-740-6886 or click the button below.
